#Think2Riches String 7: Don’t Just Start Small, Start When You Are Small.

The runt will become a great tribe, the weakling become a strong nation. I am GOD. At the right time I’ll make it happen. – Bible

Welcome to String 7 of #think2Riches in 2015 — the weekly string that helps you to live rightly through wise thinking.

It no longer news that it is better to think big, start small and scale fast. Have you heard about the ‘GGG Syndrome’? It is the Get an Education, Get a Job and Get a Family Syndrome. It has long beclouded innovation in this generation, but not again! There are several ways out of that rut now.

Many wants to break out of this kind of system, but it looks like there are too many valleys within the mountain. The political and social norms doesn’t allow for thinking outside the box, but hey, Throw The Box Off Completely!

Being small isn’t just about your age; it can also mean having little knowledge or thinking you have limited opportunities etc. Many great trends in history came from the youth, some more also came from the old.

Aliko Dangote, Steve Jobs and Bill Gates were 20, 20 and 21 respectively when they started their business.

Harlan Sanders of Kentucky Fried Chicken fame, was 66 when he began to promote his style of cooking and created an empire.

Julia Child didn’t even learn to cook until she was almost 40 and didn’t launch her popular show until she was 50

Regardless of your status, the 3 steps below will help you to kick start your desired life adventure now that you are ‘small’

  1. Find out what you are crazy about.

Yes, what do you spend most of your time on? Watching films, reading or browsing the internet. What does your friend call you for advice on? Colour combination or advice on places to catch fun. It looks small to you, yet they deeply appreciate you for doing it for them. That’s the jackpot!

What kind of websites do you love surfing? These questions help you to fine-tune your innate potentials. Do It Now!

  1. What is your story?

From birthday of a new born, the experiences start its count. Think and start writing down how you spend your day. Write out your sweet and ugly life experiences, success and failure stories. Someone in your network right now is dying to get transformed by your story. Yes, many more around the world.

  1. Now, do it deliberately.

Use the 2 points above strategically, leverage on this discovery to deliver quality solutions to world problems. Use your life experiences as your portfolio for success and start building your credibility. You want to start small, Good! Start now that you are small, maybe even an amateur. Continually ask your friends to refer you to their friends with the same problems you solve for them. Ride into your life adventure and of course start making some Megabucks.

Yeah, Go for it.

Trying is in itself a form of succeeding. Succeed at valuing your worth and go for it! Start now that you are small.

Cheers and Much Love.
